Demo request
We collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, activity, interest and message to handle the requested demo and contact you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The request reaches CEINOR’s sales team through CEINOR email systems; hosting and email are service providers needed for that purpose.
If you arrive from an advertisement, the demo request includes the technical details of the link you came through: campaign, ad, search term if there was one, click identifier and referring site. It tells us which campaigns bring customers. It travels only in the email the sales team receives: it is not stored in your browser and is not sent to the advertising platforms.
Retention and security
We retain the request while it is handled and for the time needed to meet legal obligations or handle claims. To prevent form abuse, a daily-salted hash of the IP address is retained temporarily; this mechanism does not retain the IP address itself. We do not use this data for marketing unless there is a separate legal basis and you are informed of it.
Cookies and local storage
While advertising campaigns are running, this website may install third-party cookies. None are installed until you accept them in the notice shown on arrival: if you reject it, not a single external script is loaded and the website works just the same. With your acceptance, cookies from these platforms are installed:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Measures how many visits and demo requests come from its ads, and allows CEINOR ads to be shown to you again.
- Google Analytics. Measures visits, traffic sources, pages viewed and confirmed demo requests. We do not send personal form data to Google or enable ad personalisation.
The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw it at any time from the link below, without changing anything you can do here. Each platform processes that data under its own terms, as controller or joint controller, and may process it outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of its standard contractual clauses.
When you choose or retain a language, the browser may store the technical preference “ceinor.lang” in local storage. It only remembers that language on this website; it does not profile you or share data with third parties. You can remove it from your browser’s site data.
Video and interactive elements
The video and captions are hosted on CEINOR servers and load only when you press play. The calculator, filters and interactive examples run in the browser and do not send their values to third parties.
Rights and further information
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and lodge a complaint with the AEPD if you believe processing is unlawful. Write to info@ceinor.com. See CEINOR’s corporate policy for general group information.
