Accessing the website implies acceptance of these terms in the version published at that time. CEINOR may modify the website and this notice; changes apply from publication.

Users agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith, without harming its operation or the systems of CEINOR or third parties, and to provide accurate data in forms. Introducing malicious software, attempting to access non-public areas or using the content for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

Information on this website does not constitute a binding contractual offer. The scope of features, integrations, versions, implementation and services is specified in the proposal CEINOR prepares for each company.
Explanatory screens and interactive examples use fictitious data and illustrate processes. They are not a live GENES or Nora session.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Torrelavega (Cantabria, Spain).
